On arrival your aircraft is thoroughly inspected for defects. Next it is chemically stripped, inspected again for hidden defects, sanded, washed, acid etched, alodined, primed, top coated with Alumigrip, Jet Glo, or Sterling polyurethane paints then meticulously trimmed using Acry Glo in our "positive pressure" environmentally approved facilities. Our "Electro-Static" painting system provides a smooth, even application, resulting in a mirror finish that firmly adheres to the surface for many years. Flight controls are removed, checked for balance, then re-installed by our certified personnel.
